The main experiences during this period are presented as follows:
(1)From 1987.10 to 1989.05, he took charge of the deputy of China International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd., and was responsible for the supervision and production of the China’s highest steel structure building, JING-CHENG Mansion, at that time;
(2)From 1990.01 to 1990.12, he was the member of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee Work Team and worked in You-yu County.
(3)From 1991.03 to 1992.09, director of the Structural Laboratory of College of Civil Engineering in Taiyuan Institute of Technology.
(4)From 1995.10 to 1996.12, he was employed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China and sent abroad. He was responsible for the implementation of a large cultural center project in Bolivia. During that time, he was awarded the bachelor's degree of English Linguistics by Bolivia English Institute;
(5)In 1998.08, he was promoted to associate professor and master’s supervisor;
(6)In 2003.12, he was promoted to professor;
(7)In 2010.05, he was appraised as a doctoral supervisor;
